Steps to Manage Shoulder and Neck Pain

If you find yourself standing a lot either at work or at home, you may notice a nagging pain in your shoulders or neck. When this happens, it is best to:

  1. Stand up tall
  2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together
  3. Repeat step 2, 5 times

Completing these steps will help to activate the muscles that support the shoulder blade. This puts you in a better position to work in a pain free, strong position.
