New Year’s Resolutions | Dynamic Minute | Ep. 5

Hey everybody, this is Lincoln Kinkade, founding owner of Dynamic Physical Therapy. It might be July, but I want to talk to you about “New Year’s Resolutions.” I don’t know if you remember my January newsletter, but I talked about three very important resolutions for your health. Number one: live with gratitude. Number two: be intentional about your health. And number three: get a movement checkup at least once a year.

Over the upcoming weeks I am going to expand on each one of these ideas. And I’ll look forward to talking to you more and helping you improve your health, and review your new year’s resolutions in the middle of July.
