Intentional Health | Dynamic Minute | Ep. 7

In this episode, Lincoln talks about three simple things we can do to intentionally improve our health every day.

Hi, this is Lincoln Kinkade, founding owner of Dynamic Physical Therapy, and we are going to continue our conversation about our New Year’s Resolutions. Today we’re going to talk about being intentional with your health and what exactly that means. What I want you to do every day is to think about simple things you can do to improve your physical and mental health.

Number one: drink plenty of water. The research is all over the place on this. I recommend at least six glasses of water per day.

Number two: take the steps instead of the elevator. This is a great way to strengthen your leg muscles and burn a few extra calories.

And the third thing you can do: when you go shopping, park at the end of the parking lot, instead of fighting the crowds to see who can be closest to the store.

These are three things you can do every single day to improve your health.
